HR Telephonic Interview
The first phone call is usually made to set up an interview to understand your experience and current job role and explain about the information about the applied opening and the company structure and culture.
This is the core of the recruitment process. Here you will be undergoing thorough technical evaluation pertaining to the skills required. You get an opportunity to understand the work culture and get to know the work ethos. Some positions may require you to undergo an aptitude assessment.
Interview With Management
All critical positions will be interviewed by our management and the topics are more focused on the team fit and your suitability towards the project. During this interview, you can expect more detailed information about the potential projects that you would work on and the technologies that would be used but this interview is more focused on your motivation and experience.
