What Does Our Recruitment Process Look Like?

Resume Review

After receiving your application, our recruiters will review your resume and contact you via phone or email if they think you could be a good fit for our team.

HR Telephonic Interview

We’ll reach out via phone to get a better understanding of your experience and current job role, then give you more details about the open position, our organizational structure, and company culture. If it sounds like a good fit for both of us, we’ll set up time for another interview.

Technical Round

As the core of our recruitment process, you’ll undergo a technical evaluation pertaining to the skills required for the role you’re applying for. This gives you the opportunity to better understand both the responsibilities of the job and our work culture. Some positions may also require you to undergo an aptitude assessment at this stage.

Interview with Management

Management will interview candidates for all critical positions. This interview is focused on diving deeper into your motivators and experiences to determine if you’re the right fit for both our team and the job role. At this stage, you can expect to learn more detailed information about the potential projects you’d be working on technologies you’d be using.

Offer Release

If you are short-listed for the position, our recruitment team will contact you for salary negotiation. Once we reach an agreement, we’ll send your official offer letter and welcome you to the Blackstraw team!
